Regenerative Innovation, Powered by Cell Technology

Three Cell Platforms. One Regenerative Vision.

HanBio’s technology foundation is built on three proprietary cell platforms: dermal papilla cells for hair regeneration research, stem cells for regenerative applications, and NK cells for immune-focused cell care. The company’s integrated model connects cell isolation, large-scale cultivation, cryopreservation, GMP manufacturing, and commercialization.

Focused on hair regeneration and follicle biology
HanBio’s DPC platform is designed to isolate, expand, and apply dermal papilla cells, which play a central role in regulating hair growth and cycling. The company’s DPC technology includes proprietary isolation, mass culture optimization, 3D aggregation, and transplantation-related know-how.

Focused on regeneration and healthy aging
HanBio’s stem cell platform centers on adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell cultivation, preservation, and quality control, with emphasis on cell identity, purity, viability, and scalable culture technology.

Focused on immune cell preservation and expansion
HanBio’s NK cell platform is designed for large-scale NK cell culture using peripheral blood-derived cells, with a focus on safe manufacturing, cryopreservation, and immune-function applications.

Advancing Dermal Papilla Cell Technology for Hair Regeneration

HanBio’s lead DPC program, HXF-101, is positioned as an autologous human follicle-derived dermal papilla cell tissue-engineered product for androgenetic alopecia. The program is built around a clear biological thesis: dermal papilla cells help regulate hair follicle growth and cycling, and three-dimensional papilla-like aggregates may better reflect the natural follicular microenvironment.

Proprietary DPC isolation

Selective processing of follicle-derived dermal papilla cells.

Mass culture optimization

Expansion methods designed to overcome low initial yield and culture variability.

3D papilla-like aggregation

A development approach intended to support hair-inductive functionality.

Clinical translation roadmap

Preclinical, CMC, and IND-enabling workstreams are being organized around HXF-101.

Built on GMP-Oriented Manufacturing Discipline

HanBio operates cell-processing and advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities, with documentation referencing MFDS-related facility licensing, GMP equipment, environmental monitoring, quality control, batch records, and process-development workstreams.

A Pipeline Connecting Cell Banking, Regeneration, and Therapeutic Development

HanBio’s pipeline includes DPC-based programs such as HXF-101 and HXF-102, DPC-derived exosome research, stem cell programs, NK cell programs, cosmetics ingredients, and companion-animal applications. The flagship therapeutic focus is HXF-101, with IND-related milestones targeted in the company roadmap.
